Returns & Damage Policy

We want you to love your Kinzie Dawn pieces. If there is an issue with your order, we are happy to review exchange requests.

We currently offer exchanges only. We do not offer money-back refunds.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Jewelry must be in its original condition
• Jewelry must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
• Item must be returned in its original packaging

All returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval depends on the condition of both the jewelry and the packaging upon return.

Items that appear worn, damaged, altered, or improperly handled may not qualify for exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
• The jewelry
• The packaging
• Any visible damage

We reserve the right to deny exchanges if the policy conditions are not met.

Kinzie Dawn is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, normal wear, water exposure, or accidental breakage after delivery.
